• The Chemical Safety Training was developed by the Clean Electronics Production Network (CEPN) – a collaboration between brands, manufacturers, chemical suppliers, academics, non-profits, and other stakeholders, working to reduce worker exposure to toxic chemicals in electronics manufacturing. The training materials are provided free of use under a Creative Commons CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license. Licensor may terminate this License immediately if Licensee breaches any of its material obligations under the License. 

• These training materials are intended solely for general informational purposes and do not constitute legal advice. Their use does not ensure compliance with any laws, regulations, or standards. Organizations are responsible for independently verifying their compliance obligations. No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information provided. 

• CEPN seeks to understand and measure the use and impact of the training materials. As such, if contacted by CEPN, you agree to provide CEPN information they request such as country(ies) where you are using the training, training language(s), type(s) or organizations trained, number of persons trained. The information collected is for CEPN’s impact reporting purposes only and such reporting will only include aggregated and anonymized information. No individualized data will be shared publicly.
